Recall, The Rivers state sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Commission, FRSC, Andrew A. Kumapayi who went viral after he reportedly cut they hairs of some female officers during parade yesterday.
Nigerians on Social media who did not take this slightly have come out to criticize the commander who is currently being questioned.
