I'm Happily Single': Kellan Lutz Blasts Miley Cyrus Romance Rumours

Kellan Lutz may have been romantically linked to Miley Cyrus recently, but the Twilight hunk has now cleared up the rumours, saying that he has been friends with the former Hannah Montana star for years.

Despite E! News previously saying that eyewitnesses had seen Kellan and Miley "making out" last month at a club in Miami and again at the opening of Beacher's Madhouse in Las Vegas, Lutz has now told Ryan Seacrest that the rumours are not true.

"It just makes me laugh," he said. "I've been friends with Miley for like six years. She's a great girl…We are friends [and] we run in the same circle."

The actor went on to say that he does love hanging out with the Wrecking Ball babe, however, calling her a "cool, secure woman."

"Are we dating? No," he went on to say, adding, "I'm happily single…I'm not [looking for a relationship] right now. I'm enjoying life and traveling quite a bit…there's no real time to find the one."

An insider also told E! News that neither Kellan nor Miley "is planning anything long-term right now," but the pair "are just enjoying themselves" during these makeout sessions.

"They are both spontaneous, fun people, so their personalities match," added the source. "They are having fun together. They have very similar outlooks. I am not sure if it has a future but they have great chemistry so for the time being they are just having fun."
