A nak*d woman was caught on camera apparently 'tweaking off drugs' and rolling in the middle of a street in the Bronx. Footage of the long-haired woman was posted on Wednesday to LiveLeak. She was nak*d on Prospect Avenue in the Longwood neighborhood, according to reports.
