Golden Globes Worst Dressed: Newly Engaged Robin Wright Flashes Breast Tape And Sandra Bullock Suffers Major Fashion Fail

The Golden Globes kick off the 2014 awards season, marking the first big ceremony of the year, but it's not all about who's taking home those prizes as the red carpet is scrutinised by fashion lovers around the world. Sunday night's ceremony saw a real mixture of jaw dropping elegance and major fashion no-no's with some surprising offenders for worst dressed.

Sandra Bullock

Sandy has been spot on with her style recently, looking stunning in her patterned Peter Pilotto number at last week's People's Choice Awards but the 49-year-old got it oh-so-wrong on one of the biggest nights of awards season.

The Gravity actress chose a colour-blocked Prabal Gurung dress for the Globes, with the creased satin number featuring a bizarre ankle length skirt and plunging neckline. Whie Sandra can be applauded for trying something different, the OTT dress failed to flatter the actress' stunning figure and with a body like that ar 49, she should be making the most of it at every opportunity.

Zoe Saldana

Zoe also tried something different for her big night but the actress' Prabal Gurung number was all over the place. With an embellished overlay, a sheer skirt, off the shoulder straps and sparkling jewels the frock certainly didn't adhere to to the less is more rule

The pastel pink Louboutins and sparkly clutch were pretty though.

Emma Watson

Emma is one of our Brit imports that we can normally rely on to knock it out of the park when it comes to red carpet fashion but her Golden Globes ensemble had us a bit confused. The actress arrived at the Beverly Hilton hotel wearing what looked like a floaty floor-length red dress but as she turned around, Em revealed a pair of skinny black trousers underneath the backless dress.

While the trousers prevented a major wardrobe malfunction in the gaping gown, the look seemed a tad out of place on the ultra glam red carpet. The bizarre choice was finished off with some gorgeous strappy heels, dark red lips and interestingly, just the one earring.

Heidi Klum

Just a few days on from one dress disaster at the People's Choice Awards the supermodel had another fashion fail at the Globes, in a Marchesa dress. The black and white floral print gown was pretty enough but didn't seem wow enough for such a big event. Heidi's mismatched Lorraine Schwartz necklace only confused the look, but there's no denying the 40-year-old has still got a model body!

Robin Wright

Robin Wright had a huge weekend as not only did she win a gong at the star-studded Globes but the actress also used the event to show off her new fiance Ben Foster, after announcing her engagement over the weekend.

While Robin had some devoted arm candy, her slinky Reem Acra dress showed off a little too much skin. With a whole lot of side boob on show in the daring backless halter, while accepting the award for Best Actress in a TV Drama for House of Cards, she also revealed some double sided tape that was doing it's best to hold everything in place.
